Job Details - Benefits

• Make your own schedule: work 18 to 40.0 hours per week.
• Start at $8.50 an hour with a shift differential of $1.00 for the weekend shifts.

• Paid weekly.
• We have gone paperless with our payroll so all employees have two options:
  • Direct deposit into an account of your choice, all it requires is a voided check to set up. Your paycheck is deposited into your account every payday.
  • A Total Pay Card, that is  a debit card that costs five dollars to set up. Your paycheck will be deposited onto the card every payday.

• Since this is a part time position, there will not be medical or dental benefits offered. However a 401K can be offered if certain qualifications are met.

Responsibilities

• Be dependable - work the number of days that you schedule yourself.
• Be punctual - arrive to work, from break, and from lunch on time.
• Conduct research according to SIRS standards and techniques.
• Follow reasonable requests from your supervisor in a timely and orderly manner.
• Treat co-workers with respect, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.
• Treat the building, outside areas, and all company property with respect.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all dialing rooms, hallways, and on company property at all times. Both on and off the clock.

Qualifications

• Type at least 25-30 words per minute.
• Be familiar with using computers.
• Have the ability to read aloud at a conversational pace.
• Conduct themselves in a professional manner, both on and off the clock.
• MUST have night and weekend availability. 
• Must have a clear speaking voice.
• Be able to handle rejection over the phone in a professional manner.
